Please add smooth transition from Loading screen to OS. I have noticed that when game is loading there is a 4-5 sec delay and game feels frozen. After that camera chaotically placed next to the ship. I would suggest something similar to GTA character switch effect. Make camera start far from the ship and slowly fly closer to the default location. Just looks more professional.

I'd rather not have to load the loading screen.  The 3-5 seconds currently is fine.  Maybe add a loading bar so people don't think it is frozen.

add the Naval Action logo with a rotating wheel so we see if the game is making progress or hung itself

Yeah I think the current load screen is only appropriate when moving from port -> OW.  But honestly, these full screen load screens are a bit of a relic of the past IMO.  Yes they are easy and simple to do, but I would rather have what was suggested with a fixed cutscene animation leaving the dock into OW with the camera panning out to it's natural position.
