Sureshot Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 (edited) Me and (SeaWolf) Pirates were attacking a traders brig when 3 Constitutions Joined and started to demast and sink us (Pirate Vs Espana So it was TEAM Damage). MrDoran, Ben Ramsey & Crimson Hussar. Ben Ramsey and MrDoran began to demast Seawolf and Crimson started to demast me. Later we surrenderd after things looked ugly and we knew we weren't getting away. This behavior is just unacceptable. This event highlights the current issue that pirates can tag out to NPCs to avoid pirate vs pirate PVP.. My use of unsavory language is a different instance and not this battle or tied to either of the "team killers". I was actually directing that to Laik btw but wrote "like" before correcting the spelling error and posting it in all chat as they we were trying to make them perceive we were not friendly and planed on potentially turning on them later in the instance. The chat logs are clearly at two different hours and days too if that helps. -Pirates need to be able to join a nationals battle against pirates if we want true pirate pvp. But for now pirates can attack other pirates without consequences. We will not of course interfere if pirates will come to some agreement forming brotherhoods and such. (after clan mechanics is added in the future. Please post your suggestions in the open world forum sub section if you think the pirates vs pirates mechanics and interactions could be improved. The friendly fire is permitted between pirates at this time. Sailing under the black flag comes with potential consequences from other Pirates. Nothing change hated them in PotBS and hate them here...about pirate gameplay mechanics...dont like it now just causing more exploits and bad behaviours...We got never intentions to play as a pirates and choose this only for tests but by mechanics like that and guys like them now we sure to not choose pirate side after game relase. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mr. Smith - Admin's statement about Doran's length of time on the forums wasn't that it excused his behavior, it was that he should have known better than someone who is brand new to the game what is and is not permitted.
