William the Drake
Nice video : Magnifique I am in love, and her name is Hermione. Without a doubt she is my biggest ship crush. Of all the ships in the world she is the one I want in-game the most. I consider myself blessed that I was able to walk her decks in person
Mr. Starbuck
I have been following the L'Hermione story since I accidentially stumbled upon her in 2014. Been watching their vids with my kids ever since She really is an impressive, magnificently executed project and a real beauty to watch. Looking forward to see her ingame- and mayhaps in real life some day! If I were French I would be proud of this ambassador! As I'm not I'm struck with admiration nonetheless Edited March 2, 2016 by Mr. Starbuck

Surcouf
To my knowledge, she is sailing in France and perhaps close to the English coast. Saint Malo, Brest, La Rochelle, Bordeaux, what else?

DeRuyter
They have just today launched a game on Virtual Regatta using l'Hermione. You sail her from Yorktown to Brest using actual wind conditions and have to manage supplies: http://www.virtualregatta.com/en/index_brest2016.php
KuroNyra
When I think about it and asked my family. I actually saw her being rebuild when I was young. So young I can barely remember her... ... I want to visit her, seriously. She's a beauty.

The sail settings are confusing as all hell, though. And I see that she maxes out at around 7 knots. The mystery of what makes a ship go 13 kts continues. Jan van Santen
The one thing amazing me most : Why isn't Hermione a movie star yet ? I read the reason why there is no sequel to "Master and Commander" eg was the cost of building ship replicas. Now we have a perfect seagoing and beautifull one here , so where is the movie ? Movies usually prefer to purchase old broken down old vessels so they can have a free hand with them. And Hermione has her own mission, makes her own movies, and keeps a busy schedule. I'm sure they'll let film crews on board for documentary film B-roll, if not a feature film production.
Surcouf
Maybe it will happen. But l'Hermione is not made for movies. No movies are made in the USA on the frigate USS Constitution and USS Constelation. No more on HMS Victory. It's the same for l'Hermione. But we do not know, maybe one day ... NorthernWolves
*dreams of sails that actually look like cloth/canvas in Naval Action one day* The game is stunningly beautiful of course, but how absolutely wonderful would this be if they filled, fluttered, collapsed, snapped and hung like real sails?
