millsy_man
i am running a hypothetical wargame campaign (imagi-nation) with a like europe but not europe - the gallian union (FR) are fighting BUrgundian (Benelux) with Albion (Br) as their allies - i have the land campiagn sorted but was looking for a war of simulating the naval aspect. The era is is 1900-1914 in our time line. So i was wondering if i would be able to simulate the naval side using UA-D.
Panzergraf
You can play as the British and fight against France in the ww1 era, yes. Either in custom battles, or start a 1910 campaign (or 1900 if you wish) and do your best to provoke the French into becoming your enemy - enemies/allies are not locked to historical examples.

To add to this, when creating a campaign change the AI behavior from "Historic" to "Random". This way, the AI alliances are easier to influence and will not follow history as closely. USA and Spain hating each other at the start of a 1890 campaign for example.
