Will national flags change for countries depending on their government form?

As the the title says, will flags change for countries on the campaign if their government changes? Such as China changing from the Qing flag to the Republic of China flag if they change from Monarch to Democracy/Dictatorship? Will Russia's flag change to the Soviet flag if their is a communist revolution? Germany's flag changing from the Kaiser's flag to the Austrian painter with the funny moustache's flag?

Even alternate flags like communist France, fascist Britain?

My guess is that governments will change based on certain events that happened is in real life and fictional. Like if the Entente lost WWI then France and Britain would go Fascist similar like what happened in Kaiserreich. It's likely the Devs would add this feature with enough demand but it probably won't be added until way down in the games future.

Honestly I wouldn't see them adding the 3rd riech's flag to the game, that always causes issues trying to sell a game in Germany

Just do iron cross like WoWs if that's such a problem. No reason to block all the others, especially that rising sun is there.
