For the build cost and maintenance costs are they in modern costs or WWI/WWII?

For construction costs, they appear to cost an (very roughly) period appropriate amount. (For comparison's sake, Google says that the USS Maine cost $2M around 1886, USS Arizona cost $16M in 1914, and the USS Iowa cost $100M in 1939.)
