Where and I get the launcher?

I want to mover the game to another computer. I have my activation key, but I cant find a link to the launcher, who do I contact to get another copy of the launcher?

@InkSome days ago i wrote an E-Mail to you aswell but got no reply. Would you mind to check for a domain called " @paderborn.com" (this is very unique so i doubt there will be others with that adress) in your E-Mails and send me the download link aswell pls?
