Place Front tower 2 and Rear tower 3 on their respective mounts. place large dual funnel in the middle. place twin 10-inch guns on the bow  and stern decks. Place 5-inch casemate guns in the hull except for the bow mounts.

Usage:

Charles Martel was created in response to the Sachsen class from Germany, and was considered by some to be the ancestor of the battlecruiser. Its 10-inch guns were seemingly insufficient main armament for a battleship, but they were devastating against cruisers. It had an utterly ludicrous top speed of nearly 24 knots, making it by far the fastest ship of its day. During the opening months of WW1, Charles Martel had a run-in with the three Sachsen class  armored cruisers of the Ostasiengeschwader, handily sinking them off the Falkland Islands. It fared quite a bit worse against SMS Preussen after it was dispatched to sink the Martel as it swept the north Atlantic of German raiders. the Martel struggled against the far more modern Preussen, and it was sunk in the bay of Biscay on the 18th of October, 1918 in one of the final naval engagements of the war.

Place Advanced tower 10 and Rear tower 8 towards the center of the ship. Add tall funnel 6 to superstructure. Place twin 12-inch guns in AB-XYZ pattern. Fill all of the casemate slots with 6-inch guns, and 2-inch on the superstructure.

Usage:

SMS Amstetten was completed in 1912 just before the outbreak of WW1. It had some unusually modern features like a centerline mounted main battery, as well as a single large funnel. It fought at the Otranto strait where it unsuccessfully tried to break the blockade. Besides that, it didn't really see much action. At the end of the war, it was taken by Italy, who renamed it the Imperium. It would see service into WW2, when it was sunk in the Taranto raid and subsequently raised and scrapped.

Place 4 twin 17-inch guns in AB-XY configuration. Add a 6-inch gun in all the casemate slots., then place triple 2-inch guns on all available mounts. should resemble enlarged real life Hiei.

Usage:

Finished in 1924, Hiei was built shortly after the end of WW1 to replace the substantial number of pre-dreadnoughts in service. It had an unremarkable service life in the Japanese navy until WW2, where it was used as a second-rate capital ship. It met an inglorious demise at the hands of the USS Hyperion, which pummeled it with 17-inch shot before causing a catastrophic ammo detonation. The wreck of Hiei can be seen at the bottom of the South China sea.
