zantaclaws Posted May 16, 2021 Share Posted May 16, 2021 I am unable to launch the game on my new computer, i had purchased the game and had it installed on an old PC, now when i try to play the game it wants me to input my key, when i input the key it tells me it is an invalid key. Greetings Admiral. It means you did play earlier under another login name (email address). Most likely on the new PC you created another account and login name and tried to activated already redeemed key. You have to use your previous login (email address) to authorize in the launcher and continue to play the game. If you don't remember a password, there is a forget password? button in the launcher.
