Naval Academy - changing difficulty

I'm stuck - I've managed to change the difficulty of the Naval Academy to hard, but I want to change it back

I haven't played any of the missions yet, I was just clicking through the various options...

Will I get to change the difficulty after I complete the first mission, or am I stuck on hard?

I've deleted and reinstalled the game, but the difficulty is still set on hard

What am I missing/not doing? Do I need to play through the first mission?

there is similar post about same topic saying: "there is something wrong with hard mode". Dev respond was "we are testing and it doesn't change anything right now"

I think the changing difficult mode is not yet implemented, that is what it mean by "it does not change anything". I believe you can change difficulty in the future for individual mission hence button is there for each mission. At the moment, it does not matter.
