KevinTOC Posted August 1, 2020 Share Posted August 1, 2020 (edited) I can't log in. I've received an email from Xsolla saying I've received access to UA:D. In the email, it says I need to install the "UAD_launcher_installer.exe" file, and then create an account in the launcher. Problem is, I can't login. I've never gotten a username, nor have I ever had the ability to create a username, yet I need one to log into UA:D. I've attached some images below of the problem. In short: I'm supposed to log in with a username I've never gotten, nor gotten the ability to create. EDIT: Nvm, I found the issue. It took a while to update.
