I purchase the game today and I have installed the launcher, however it seems that I could not connect to the servers. I doubled checked my internet connection, had changed locations on vpn hoping its just a local problem. Is anyone having the same issue?

Greetings Admiral! Are you sure the launcher is not blocked by antivirus/firewall software?

Admiral, please follow these steps:

Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type:

  • %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log
    • There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 20.07.20.txt)
  • Please copy the latest log file and provide full description on the issue (also capture a screenshot with the problem if possible), then contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue and attach files

there isn't a single log file, what should I do?

Edit. I'm just a dumbass XD

Then please capture a screenshot with the problem (e.g. launcher that cannot connect to the servers - from your description) and contact Xsolla through the links above

I have sent and got a reply on a possible solution. That I have no ability to enact

"We recommend you to check the DNS settings for your network connection, reboot the router, and if it does not help, contact your internet provider to clarify the issue with a proxy server.

that was the advice I got. But I have no control of the internet provided to me, thus unable to reboot the router or even, my only hope is that the dns settings work. And since that is the only thing I could check for and it is working. I guess I hope i can still recieve the game when it goes on steam without me claiming the keys

Do you have an option to temporary test it through a different source of connection, for example mobile internet?
