No Refund Yet?

Hi, first off just wanna say this game is gold and full of heart but just one issue. I accidentally bought two limited edition keys. Apparently the xsolla website stated that my card didn't go through so I tried it the second time and apparently after sometime I get an email with two keys and I have been trying to refund one key but xsolla has not responded to my request or forward anything regarding that. They say they will get back to you in two days...its been two weeks...nothing. 

Any reassurance to a solution would be nice.
