PvP Zone strange issue - timer outside don't count

First: I would not say something about the fight it was totally fine.

But, as always, when we fight against Players from the Russian Nation something strange happens. 
this is not an accusation but it always happens against Russian players and this time I'll report this.

Issue: the counter didn't work (count down) when ships are outside the circle. See screen sheets.

The end fight was outside the circle for more then 10 to 15 minutes.

Some where able to sail back into the circle, after 15 minutes.

Some where able to loot (!) outside the circle while the battle was still ongoing.

Yeah. We planed tactic in this battle taking into account 5 min timer outside circle. We thank that can win this battle if push out circle sverige fleet and we did. But this bug broke our plan. Its reason to take gold re reyter for compensation ?   

Seriously I see this bug firstly and on my stream can see that I didn't all XP and didn't sank when had timer 00:00.

We had the Same issue few months ago on PZ vs a Pirate Player me and @Liq fought against a Ocean I got Boarded and Sank Liq and the Pirate Ocean wend outside circle for way over 5 minutes and both survived!
