If a port is captured by an enemy nation, and I still have ships there, I can not dissolve the outpost. I also can not tow my ships out. I also cant break up/destroy/sell my ships there from afar. I have to go there with a smuggler trader, dock up, click destroy on everything, then undock and go all the way back, then dissolve the outpost. This is a huge problem for me
1. It takes up an outpost slot
2. It takes up dock/ship capacity
3. My DLC ship is there and I cant use it anymore (cant request it again while its in the port there)
