Good day all, I have an issue.

As soon as I (after a long time) try to start up naval Action I get an error message:

Oops the game crashed, send a folder to the developers….

So I sent a message, I sent an email, but they asked me to open this topic, so here it is...

What I have tried thus far:

  • Checking local file integrity

  • Re-installing graphics drivers

  • Re installing the complete game form steam
  • Checked the ports that need to be open on the router (from an earlier issue report by someone else with a similar message)

I cannot include the folder with the logs, but that was included in my e-mail.....

Stay afloat everyone, and I hope to shoot you soon :p

Greetings Captain.

Could you please clarify if you use Citrix workspace software?

I do, for work 😉

but not when sailing off course

Please try this workaround:

The workaround is to try temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix)

  • Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok
  • Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator
  • Right click on it and select "Disable"

Yay, it works, but it seems I have lost all my ships and ports?, well back grinding up then...

Nice to hear the issue is solved!

Regarding the assets - there was a final wipe on game release at June 2019

I thought that was pvp only (and yes I did play at that time)

Do you mean that you played the game after June 2019 on PVE server? Are you sure that is the same Steam account ?
