Can I get access to limited edition on Steam now?

just as title says.

paypal is hard to use(for me) and I have no credit card. If the game can be accessed on Steam, Alipay or Wechat is convenient.

Greetings, the game is only available for purchase only through Xsolla (credit card or PayPal)

As soon as the game is released on Steam Early Access - new payment options will be available

The game is really crude right now.. But then so was Naval Action when it first went on Steam Early Access.

Dev are right to not release alpha on steam. Too many games with great potential got crushed by early critics.
