I just purchased UA AoS Commodore edition early access and am having issues. I received the email with a product key and download link for the launcher, but for some reason can't get my download from Xolla to start. Actually, I am unable to ping them at all from the West coast of the US. Should I bug them, or can you guys help me download the launcher?
