The rudder is damaged but that doesn't mean the sails can't be hoisted right? So what is this? Why will they not take orders? There is a broken structure and water arrives. Nobody can manage sails. This is why the ship can not move. You need to transfer additional crew. WilliamTheIII Posted February 12, 2020 Share Posted February 12, 2020 Is it possible for the minimum crew transfer to account for any survival tasks the crew might need to accomplish as well as control the sail?
