Wounded Game Magaret Transport no control over it

I am angry about this mission.  You only can bring 2 war ships so I barely have enough to take over that Margaret Transport that has 420 onboard but as soon as I barely capture it, it acts like an enemy ship and wants to go to the enemy war ships so I have no control over the ship and because it took me so much to capture I don't want to fight those 2 war ships that come into the battle.  You need 1 of the 2 objectives to win  so if I capture the transport, I should be able to run away with it but I can't control it like I can and every battle in this game.  Do to many attempts even if it somehow gets close to the border it may cross but immediately crosses back like the AI enemy ships do so I am telling you it acts like the enemy AI and I can't control it so I fail the mission.  As soon as I capture it I should be able to direct it where I want it to go like in every other battle so why does it seem the ship behaves like it is an enemy AI ship even though I captured it?  I hope I explained this enough for you to give me a decent answer?  I know this is EA but still why give us a mission that is behaving like this?

I did report it in game.  I reported it here for I wanted an answer.  You may see a few of my posts here with certain problems with this game that I like, love so I find that this battle should not be in the game at this point.

I am telling you right now, most of the other battles that when you capture a ship you get total control over that ship, they got it right in all those battles. I have 19 Britain battles showing that and about 8 American battles showing that exact thing so why in this battle the captured ship seems to act like the AI enemy ship and that makes it impossible to win so you should patch it out of the game for it is a broken battle.

I am surprised nobody else has brought this up or don't the DEV play it to see and make sure it works as intended?  I guess what you may think is that I should not capture the ship and fight the two enemy ships instead which the game tells me I need to do at least one of the two objectives. The 1st objective is to capture that ship and once you do that the 2nd pops up to eliminate the fleet but I don't have enough to do that and I find the American campaign a little tougher so when you give me a choice to capture a ship and sail away to conserve my fleet I will always do that in the American campaign for money is tight compared to the Britain campaign.

I even tried too fight those two 40 guns ships and instead of trying to capture Margaret seeing she acts like she is still a Britain ship so I do all that I can and capture 1 of those 40 gun ships and in the end that last 40 gun ship sunk all 3 of my ships the one I captured plus my 2 so unless you happen to be an expert  naval player maybe you can do better than me however this mission needs to be patched out of the GAME for it is badly broken all because if you capture Margaret you can't sail away with her and conserve your fleet for another battle so that is a part of that objective so FIX it of REMOVE it!
