Well then i got really good ideas in my opinion

1.) Listen to the community

2.) Keep the community up to date

3.) fix simple Bugs

3.) Stop banning your Customers from the community" and learn how to handle critism

 

4.) Stop blame yourself for banning them for Peanuts !! like the following example:

Reason for banning was the following comment:

The second someone got the Idea "Hey let us make some Mario kart Wind Highways thats cool" ...... i miss the one smashing his Head on the Table !! .......

Well i never trusted all the Players talking about " I got banned" or "My Postings have been deleted".... now i got this experience myself.

Its ok to ban me thats not the problem as long as there is a good reason. But dont try to make the Community silence or dead only because a Community Manager is not able to understand "the funny part" of what i have posted 🙂
