Thank you automatic but because of the sendout system at our payment partner (which has many customers and do many sendouts like this) sometimes email providers filters such emails thinking it is spam. (it contains links) hold on.. someone will help you here. If you see this forum - you are not alone and everyone got the key - just took longer.
