Report any payment issues

If you anticipate any problems regarding the payment of the game,
please post in a separate thread and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Alternatively, please contact Xsolla team (the provider of our launcher service) via live chat option at 
help.xsolla.com.

So far the only known issues are:

  1. Activation email delays to arrive:
    Common Reason: Email provider blocks emails as spam or false security warning.
    Solution: First check the spam folder. If not found there, you can wait maximum one day or report -as advised above- so we contact you directly and solve the problem.
