Alt clan controls ports screwing the nation

We were requested by all the clan leaders that we work with (90% of pirates) to bring this issue up to the tribunal.
So it goes:

1. Christendom was a leader of VCO pirate clan that owns Nuevitas port. Other pirate clans have heavily donated to build this port up;
2. VCO have decided to leave Pirates and go Russia. They have started a new clan VSC in russia and most of their members switched too;
3. Some old VCO members stayed in old VCO clan and are still legit pirates;
4. Originally Christendom planned to pass the ownership of the port to another pirate clan as per screen below (private discord convo with him) and no one had problem with that so long it's the legit pirate clan. Never happened;
5. As it stands today VCO is not an independent pirate clan. Their leader/creator is Socialism (Christendom's alt). Same goes for their diplomats; 
6. VSC Russian clan leaders decide what VCO will do in pirates giving them (VSC) unfair control over the key port and resources of another nation;
7. All major clans that were on their friends list have contributed to build this port for them;
8. VSC leaders (Russian clan) have threatened pirates that if we won't pay them ransom of 200 CMs they will destroy the port buildings. This is a blatant use of alt accounts to keep control of the port and mess with another nation affairs to gain advantage through exploit and/or limitations of RVR/Port ownership game mechanics;
9. Furthermore, VCO (whos leaders are VSC alts) have opened a pirate port Puerto del Padre in order to gain unfair advantage with a possibility to use it for their Russian VSC clan in upcoming PB, thus  gaining unfair access to a jump port next door to where PB will happen - this is another blatant use of alt accounts and proof that VCO is indeed not an independent clan and that it still runs by VSC;
10. Furthermore, when pirates rightfully declined to pay the ransom to the bullying clan (we said that even 1 CM will not be paid to them) VSC have indeed proceed destroying the buildings of the port that pirates invested in. We pirates think that this attitude and act is worthy of a very low scum like character and we don't think much of the people behind these actions and/or decisions.

Surelly port ownership mechanic was intended that when the clan leaves the nation its ports becomes neutral available for grabs. We, pirate clans, believe that the game should allow players to fix such problems by in-game intended mechanics (which does not currently exist) allowing us pirates to sort it out without the need of making a tribuneral post.

Therefore on behalf of the entire pirate nation and with the support of the largest clans of the nation we kindly request that the devs would step in and over rule the situation due to the limitations of the game mechanics:
a) all building damages done to the Nuevitas port to be restored as they were 2 days ago (if this is not possible then pirates to receive compensation to allow them to rebuild lost buildings);
b) if by coming downtime Nuevitas port remains in VSC/VCO's hands then it's to become neutral available for grabs;
c) devs to have a clear statement about the use of alt accounts controlling ports of other nations so this could be ruled and addressed to much easier in the future;
d) players involved in running an alt clan of another nation to be warned or other disciplinary action taken the to the devs discretion;
e) all players have a clear message from the development team that using alts to mess with other nations affairs is indeed a bannable offense

I thank devs work and await in anticipation of the decision made regarding this tribuneral

But out Socialism is not our clan "leader", could you not make up things please? btw the way we operate OUR clan and OUR structure and what we do with OUR ports is none of your business

koltes u do realize if the spanish take the port all the port improvements will drop by a lvl then when u take it all the improvements will drop another lvl so your tribunal is pointless and the devs since vco still owns the port since it was taken on release by vco wont step in

ur complaining because someone demolished 2 upgrades by 1 lvl in the port their clan owns. which is a game mechanic. what ur doing is going to drop all upgrades by 2 lvls .

you also do realize that many alt clans own many port in other nations and you dont see them trying to justify the actions of 1 clan to an entire nation by making 3 tribunals about the same port in the same day

To gain ownership of the port, BL4CK will need to retake the port from Spain.

That means that the port would be attacked twice. Each conquest reduces the building levels by 1. 

Before: Sailing 4, Hull 4, Crew 3, Gun 2, Mast 2

After Spanish conquest: Sailing 3, Hull 3, Crew 2, Gun 1, Mast 1

After BL4CK conquest: Sailing 2, Hull 2, Crew 1

Combat marks lost to Pirates  exclusively due to the Spanish/BL4CK operation: (200+100)+(200+100)+(100+50)+(50+25)+(50+25) = 900 Combat Marks Lost. 

You were going to do 900 Combat Marks (and Victory Marks, and Doubloons) worth of damage, without any intervention from anyone else.

Edit: The two attacks would also cost the port 360000 dubs. Here is a visualization of that amount:

This loss of resource happened due to Spain and BL4CK capturing the port twice for their operation.

We were there, defending pirate ports and not selling/dropping/handing over to Russian clan VSC or any other clan of any nation like Mr.Koltes claims.

Clan owns port. Clan can do whatever it wants with the port, up to and including burning it to the ground. No rules were broken in the taking of the port, no rules were broken in the continued ownership of the port. Case dismissed.  In fact, the only one around here breaking rules is you (using farming with friends to farm combat medals and manipulate hostility [see the tribunal post about it]).

If you wanted to control the port, you should have put your name on it when you had the chance.

You call VCO an alt clan, yet they seem to be doing better in pirates than your clan is, even as a skeleton crew of what they used to be. Perhaps you should spend more time learning to play again and less time trying to assert an iron rule over the pirate nation.

Regardless of whether or not vco players have left the clan to another nation - the vco that is left still has every right to decide what they do with the neuvitas port.

Every pirate clan has the right to decide whether they help defend it or help someone take it.

There are no rules being broken for owning the port. This is not a tribunal...this is a national news thread.

I believe the issue at hand is most likely in relation to whether or not clans really do have the right to work against their own nation in general.
Obviously something shady was done here to deprive VCO of a port, whether or not it was against the rules will, when determined, set a precedent for the future.
