Proposing update to loot method

Gold chest loots are really disappointing, even discouraging, I completed a bunch of 4^th rate missions and got nothing worthwhile, 4 S&D + 2 Hunt, did about a dozen or more 5^th rate missions previously and only got some 7^th and 6^th rate permits and nothing much else.

These missions are only good for CMs and nothing else.

Maybe I expected too much (at least mission rate equivalent levelled ship permit) but I feel that there’s no satisfaction, reward or result in doing these missions, loot-wise, undecided if I want to do planed 3rd rate missions.

"Discouraging" does sum it up.

There is incentive for change to keep long-term interest alive, at the moment loot tables are too weak.
