Newbie Looking for Clan (Spanish Nation)

Hi All!

First thanks all for the work on the game, I just joined but I can see all the work the community has done on the last years; it is really impressive!

I have just started to play, and couldn't find an updated list of active clans (maybe I have looked in the wrong place). My questions are:

 

1) is there any updated list of active clans?

2) if not, is there any active clan of the Spanish nation? (doesnt have to be spanish speakers)

In port, at the top right of the UI there is an icon...looks like 3 blocks stacked.  It will have a clan list in it.
