Not including local sourced fruits and vegetables. Sticky Pork with Goats cheese and mint: To feed 250 sailors: Take 100lbs of Iberian Diced Pork, mix in 1/4 barrel of Vermont Maple Sugar, stir well to coat pork. Transfer to baking trays and cook for 1 to 2 hrs SLOWLY, till tender. Serve with fresh baked bread made from Ukrainan Grain and Danish Yeast, Goats Cheese sprinkled with fresh Corsican Mint. Winddy Posted December 10, 2018 Author Share Posted December 10, 2018 Hard Tack, or Ship’s Biscuit 2 cups Flour (Batavian Grain) ½ tsp. Salt ½ to ¾ cups Water Mix the flour and salt together then add enough water to make a very stiff dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes then beat with a rolling pin until flat, about ½ inch thick and cut into 2 inch by 2 inch sections. With a fork, punch it full of holes.
