PvP missions

Can we get some pvp missions that aren't just patrols or the 4th rate operations?

I'd really like to have pinned fights against individual nations, like US v Pirates or Britain v US that we can sail from our respective territories to get to and fight. Sometimes I just want to kick the brits in the nuts but KRP is kind of a long trip that not many of my friends like to make. How about you meet us half way?

That's not a mission, that's RVR and there's nothing telling you to do them, you do them as you please.

I'm talking about pvp missions on Open World, not port battles.
