Allowing the side with more repairs to out compete the side with less repairs even though repairs are redundant in skill 3. Allow one side to run forever with repairs, requiring the opposing side to bring many more ships to catch them and hold them down instead of battles being even in the first place and repairs to be balanced so running is no longer the first thing on everybodies mind. How should the Admin stop players from running? Learn to demast and repairs become much less effective. Easy, reward the opposite side for their decision to run away from an even fight.
