I want my pvp marks back for following skill books bc they nerfed to ground and they dont worth that many pvp marks at all;

-Combat Carpenter Report

-Sailing Combat Report

-Navy Loodsman Report (is it ok now?)

PS: why the hell i pay gold or pvp marks for only 3% rep bonus, remind me pls.

You get a penalty. These mods decrease the penalty.

No, if your ship has less decks than the enemy ship its harder for you to do actions like musket volley, attack and some other. The mod only decreases this penalty against bigger ships.

You are wrong. Devs changed this 24pd to 32pd :ph34r:. The Wasa advantage in firepower is middle deck 24 pd

Which is important.

18 pd usually doesnt penetrate at all against SoLs.

Going round and round in Circles. Nothing new just adjustments to same things. Not impressed. 

Nerfing mods means ships that turn like @@@@ will turn even worse. If I was able to give Constitution some turn rate boost, now that boost is gone.

leeway was a huge feature and a daunting programming physics task - main reason leeway was not existing in other games before. 
you just dont see the iceberg of amount of work required.

Seriously tho, can the Constitution get some love, please? It turns much slower than Wasa or even Bellona ( actually its about the turnrate of a 2nd or 1st rate ), has smaller and less guns and the best part is, that it isn't even faster. 

I mean, I will spam only Wasa 24/7, if you want me to but some diversity would be nice...

another question, In the spreadsheet that you posted what are those (small, medium, large guns) percents do...? What ability they boost/nerf? or am I missing something?

Pirate rig refit 2% 2% 2% ? ..... 2% does what?

The misunderstanding comes from the following

Wasa class contained several ships as it was a very successful design (https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wasa_(linjeskepp) - including

24lb Wasa classed as 4th rate

36lb Gustav Adolf classed as 3rd rate (current in game ship)

what needs to be done is to rename the ship as gustav adolf 
and maybe add a 24lb repainted wasa as a 4th rate

 

so current new BR is ok for a 3rd rate.

It will be the easiest solution and all will be happy. Make it Yellow and Black same as bellona or Red and black like Santisima. 24lb+18lb would be sweet. 

I personally hope you will apply this concept to many ships as (refits) same ship different gun setup and different paint and characteristics. This can save you a lot of time and money and add large variety of different ship setups to the game.
