Didn't get victory mark

I distract my statement. After relogging I got 2vm this week. I just didn't get 3 last week while on smuggler flag on OW. Flag reset for me after maintenance.

And make sure to actually log out of the game, nut just let the game boot you and relog with the game client still open. I know that has stopped it from showing in the past.

What are the rules now for getting a VM? I have been away.

i was under the impression that it only matters if you are lord protector of a port that is still under the control of your nation ie still brings control point

also if there's a defensive port battle for one of the ports you're protector of and you don't show up to defend it then you lose your status even if your nation wins

that's my understanding how it works so far (could be wrong)

To remind current rules regarding VM:

1. Rank Post Captain or higher
2. Logged at least once during a round
3. Nation has to be placed in top 3 in the conquest leaderboad by the end of round. Amount of received marks depends only on the nation place: 1st - 3 VM; 2nd - 2 VM; 3rd - 1 VM.
4. Have at least one lord protector status in at least one port by the end of the round - bringing his nation a control point, or
   • Participated in a successful port battle during the conquest round (even if the port was lost later on) - bringing his nation a battle point
