Interesting that at the Admirality permit section there are different requirements of what is needed of Doublons, Combat Medals or Victory Marks. Regardless of rate of the ships. Misc stuff may be added also after selecting List Cannons you could make new window to look like this and upon clicking on one of the buttons you would display contents.
