LeBoiteux
Le Gommier Traditional Caribbean fishing boat The Gommier (or 'Gomyé') is a dugout canoe carved in a tree trunk, the rubber tree ('gommier" in French) using oars or sails. Used as a fishing boat in Martinique and Guadeloupe since always till 1950's. Now used for regattas. Possible uses of Gommiers in NA : as background ornament around the islands like the current virtual seagulls ; to add realism, life in OW. Those boats couldn't be attacked. Just decorative. @admin ? as basic training for 3d modelers, @Malachi ? for pure PvE : as a fishing boat, small haulage... to visit a nearby port ; for NA tourists...
