HMS Fort Diamond

HMS Diamond Rock - known also as a 5 gun sloop-of-war or "stone frigate".

The British side had two men killed and one wounded, and the French 20 dead and 40 wounded (English account), or 50 dead and wounded (French account), and three gunboats sank.

Would like to see that implemented sadly its not dutch, portugese or venetian. Maybe next time.

Wonderful story ... where ist the rock ingame? :) Is it the small white ball on the north side of the south shore?

things like this in a portbattle makes the game fun and great. thing forts and towers must be controlled by players in the first place cuz then they make sense.

also devs should ships that are sunk inside a portbattle to protect it. good idea?  and also a place to board a  tower or fort, maybe a point at the beach where you can drop marines cuz atm the every portbattle the mortar brig takes out every fort or tower.

Not only that it can be included inside Career missions. Kill enemy ships, destroy and board Fort Diamond and get rewards and XP. There is so much history in these waters and 0 content about it.

Player controlled forts and towers would be awesome. More spots for players in PB ^^

Also landing troops and marines on the beach to kill forts and towers could be a great addition. Landing zones to be added into the game. Even if ship is sank, troops and marines if landed succesfully can take over control of fort / tower.

@admin this topic got some nice ideas to add more content.

You got a game its called "battle stations pacific"  when a Troop transport Is close to a port or airfield and is slower then 10 knots you can release 4 landing craft, maybe this works in NA as well on the beaches or forts/towers?  maybe you can add a Objective in the port battle?

or drop 300 marines (or idk how much) in the city/beach for 250 victory points, or 5 marines 5 victory points.

This is an idea I proposed for raids, succesful landing of troops on beach. Like raiding port 15vs15 and 1000 marines need to land. For Port Battles this idea should stick only for capturing forts and towers (instead of killing by Mortar Brig). Capturing them can totally change the result of PB and also will add more tactics and strategies.
