Well, a picture is better than word : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=941957411 Well, i report that with F11, then deco-reco. But alway stuck. So i try to tow to port, but there was a "refresh", my teleport is "used", but i'm stay there, and teleport cannot be used bfore 5 hours. See firewall program granted to connect : Naval action checked three time. Dont show up the port, but believe it's good. And i play NA for more than one years, have 500 hours, never has problem. Reboot your router I think, you understand that it is problem with your PC or network. If you can, try run game from another PC in your current network. Because you something changed in PC preferences, installed Windows Updates or new program. Sorry, but we can't help you with your software problem.
