I am attempting to build one in my nation capital at KPR, and it doesn't show up as an option under buildings - just coal mine and lignum vitae forest. Any ideas? DeRuyter Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 I don't know what you mean by Labor office, but you can only construct production buildings for the raw materials that port produces. One near each capital region...might not be in the capital region, but should be close. James Cornelius Posted January 1, 2017 Author Share Posted January 1, 2017 No worries. Crafting level is not a problem for me. I only recently moved over to PVP1 from PVP2 and am level 50, but as I no longer have any useful blueprints it's more effective for now to try to give labor to others in exchange for what I need until I am back on my feet. I was hoping to utilize this mechanism, but I don;t want to create a new outpost somewhere else near KPR just to do this. Very unfortunate.
