Batman Posted October 21, 2016 Share Posted October 21, 2016 In Kingston/Port royal blocks can be bought from NPC by the price of 33. You can then sell them to NPC for the price of 109. This can be repeated until the stock runs out. After a few minutes, blocks will start to respawn and the same procedure can be done again. Don't know how it's like in other ports.
