USS Constitution is Still a Commissioned US Navy Ship, and Here's Some Documentation Indicating It

Aye American Pride gets a little embarassing when you have examples like this. Though I would like to see the USS Texas running on its own power.

 

Still nice to have a piece of history in great condition. Some other US ships are just rusting away.

Every Fall around September/October there is a Naval Wargaming convention held on the USS Texas, can even rent quarters on her, eat in the mess, use the showers, etc. It is pretty cool playing a tabletop game in a dreadnought turret(they are a lot bigger in person O_O).
