Haratik
Found this pdf link while trying to rediscover an Ottoman warship that fired massive marble shot. It's a piece, from what I can tell, on the Ottoman and Russian Navies of the period between 1768-1792. Lots of information on the Ottoman designs of the period and some light shed on the Russian warships as well. http://www.reenactor.ru/ARH/PDF/Yener.pdf This link can be opened in iBooks as well.
akd
The plans for the Sea Tiger (Peleng-i Bahri) are especially interesting. Would be awesome to see something with this unique, non-western styling in the game someday.

maturin
That is an actual staircase... Decks designed for wearing turbans indeed.
Haratik
If anything, the article sheds some light on why they built so many large ships, and yet, most of them saw very limited service before being broken up. I'm sure structural integrity was only part of it of course, but I can see where it would have a very real impact on the service life of the Ottoman ships of the line.
