I just bought the Admiralty Connection and Hercules DLCs. Applying the Admiralty went fine, although I didn't check number of dock spaces, yet. Some people seem to have problems with that, though. After Restarting the game I tried to redeem the Hercules. I had passed the final exam a long time ago. Since I sank my Herc a few days ago and have no notes in warehouses either, technically I should be able to redeem one. The "REDEEM "button in the redeemables menu seems to be without function though. Whenever I click it, nothing happens. Restarting the game OR Steam had no effect. F11 report was sent ingame as well. Does anyone else share that problem?

I logged in again after taking a small break while my computer underwent repairs. Noticed that global was shut down, however my character was gone and the xp redeemable was not the equivalent of what I had on that server. I am not mad or anything, was just curious as to the reason behind that. It sucks that I lost nearly 2 levels worth of xp, but at least I got something. Was a fresh demon not even 2K into the level and now I am back to Raider.

Hi Naval Action, I has Belona before on PvP EU. Loged in yesterday and I only had 67 XP redeemable while my friend had 8k. I played a looooong time ago but I just want to check if something went wrong some where? Could you please check. Thank you p.s best game ever!

During furst wipe I never got my exp redeemable, did get the papers, but also did not get the ships. I asked a bazillion times but I never get an answer, so once again (and this time in its own topic). Can I please get my exp? I dont care about the other stuff, I just do not want to grind all over again. Also reported it with F11. Comon you do have tech support or someone handling these cases right? ive been waiting for an answer for months.
