tl;dr open launcher by rightclicking on "Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts" icon select "run with graphics processor" select "Integrated graphics" instead of "Nvidia high performance processor Ahoy Admirals, I wanted to share a solution to a problem I had. After downloading and installing the Xsolla launcher, it was checking for updates while displaying the login screen but then it almost immediatley crashed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to different folders to no avail. When googling about launcher problems in general, I found out that the issue might be caused by my graphics card. I have two GPUs, an internal one made by Intel and a Nvidia GeForce 940M. So what I did is, I right clicked on the "Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts" icon and selected "run with graphics processor" and then "Integrated graphics". And it worked! I could log in, download the game and play. I also assigned the launcher to the internal graphics card via the Nvidia Control Panel, so I don't have to select the integrated graphics everytime I start the launcher. Short guide: right click on desktop, select "Nvidia Control Panel", click on "program settings, click on "add", select "launcher (launcher.exe)" and then select "integrated graphics". The game still runs via the Nvidia GPU, because all new programs get automatically assigned to it, instead of the internal graphics card. So far no issues besides the occasional crash in loading screens, which is annoying but fixed by restarting the game. ************************************************* If this doesn't work these steps before before contacting support: uninstall and reinstall the game to a different folder update your graphics card drivers check if your anti-virus blocks the game ************************************************* I hope I could helps some of you! 🙂 ⚓ FoxTunez

Dear Game Labs Studio, I've read a lot about players who like to get the max out of the game and try to run "Naval Action" on multiple gpus. Today i wrote with Nvidia Support about this matter that the game dont get detected by "nvidia experience". As im also a owner of 2 cards and really njoying your Naval Action game i would wish that it will support sli or crossfire in the future. I quess you get this question often... as i saw lots of entrys on google, steam and inside this forum. This should be a kind of "remind" that the performance still needs to be bedder for single cards and that we would really wish you to work on an sli support. Yours, Witchmaster of Endor PS: Some marks of SLI wishes: https://www.reddit.com/r/NavalAction/comments/40zv9c/has_anyone_got_sli_working/ http://steamcommunity.com/app/311310/discussions/1/458606877311327258/?l=german http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/3620-slicrossfire-support/ http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/13496-sli-support-some-day/ http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/420-graphical-options-optimization/

Hello, I just started playing the game and I'd like to ask if anyone else who is using Nvidia have problem recording game footage using the shadow play, I can see the FPS counter but I can't record. I know the game is in alpha but still I'd like to know if anyone else has the same or similar experience.

I would like to report a rapid strobe-like flickering on the water reflections when playing on Ultra. There appears to be an extremely fast flicker on reflections in the foreground that may be associated with the sun bouncing off the water. It is most noticeable when facing the sun but is also visible to the sides. The closer to the foreground, the more I can see a striped texture on the reflections. It looks particularly odd when your deck is awash. I am playing on Ultra but with 0xAA since at 1440p I don't find the AA is needed. Naval Action is Full Screen. The graphics card is an NVidia 780ti 3Gb with drivers 347.25 at 2560x1440. While the card is overclocked, the flickering occurs even at stock speed. It is not overheating because even at 100% load the card reports 41C. I had some spare time while my crew were busy with the pumps today so managed to capture the effect. Left side is with the flicker, right side is without. Images are JPEG 2560x1440 350Kb. Let me know if there are any settings you want changed to assist with testing. I am tracking this thread.

If I play a new campaign as Union, towards the end of the first battle (when the third reinforcements arrive), the game crashes with the error: " The NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver due to exceeding the Windows Time-Out limit and is unable to continue. The application must close." This error is listed at http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3007/~/opengl-message-%E2%80%9Clost-connection%E2%80%9D I'm running a laptop with NVIDIA GT 555M 2GB on an Intel I7 with 8GB RAM. I tried lowering the resolution with no effect. I still have shadows and transparency on. The crash seems to happen always at the same time (right after the third wave of union reinforcements arrive).
