Hear Hear! Captains! I will suggest that we bring back information about sailors in open world! Why? I miss open world communication. saying hi to the enemy, ask him to let me go, ask if its alot of fish where he comes from You know if you tag a bloody alt, a pvp king or a new guy sailing for the first time.' some of us, are actually naval action friends, and dont want to fight eachother. instead of wasting time in battle we can just sail away from each other. I know some pvp kings feelt like they where hunted more if they know who they where. i get that. but thats a risk you need to take when you are a pvp king. Please keep the conversation on a medium level of seriousness.

It seems like the enemy has almost the best rifles and superior experience no matter how many battles I win. Make it all the way to Gettysburg fighting through that anyway and it's just annoying at this point. After all that time my experienced troops with mostly 2 stars hold a little while but everyone else seems to run when a gun fires. Then the game will start me with my troops in the worse places while the AI charges or just seems to appear in perfect position. Love the game and idea but this is killing it for me.

Is anyone else playing against full size armies that have 95% three star units? I've won most of my battles and its the easier difficulty. playing as the union yet their armies are always huge, my troops can barely maintain two stars, those that have them anyway. Then some of my troops just turn and run after the first volley even against skirmishers??????? First image is my defensive troops behind cover running back home screaming like little girls even though they have 1000+ vs maybe two units of 500 at that time? Also my units do maybe 30 kills in a volley but would take super casualties no matter what. tried many things but ya idk what's going on. also second image troops on the right after taking a screenshot ran off screaming because omg 250 skirmishers deep in the woods.

800+ hours played over last 6 months and I do not understand the Politics function and effects of voting for War/Enemy/Alliance. Could someone walk me through how it works or provide a link to an explanation, please. For example: Couple days ago, US allied with GB and Netherlands. Saw hundreds of votes for continued Alliance with GB. Heard unofficial chatter that US/GB Alliance about to go down. This morning, woke up, Discovered GB and US now Enemies. Questions: Is this overnight flip triggered by anti-Alliance Player votes, or lack of Player votes to overcome some time limit on existing Alliances? Would some one explain how an Alliance can flip so quickly? What is the weight of each Player's 7 votes up or down? What percentage of total Players actually votes each round? You do know that many Players are completely unaware of the Politics button, and report never having looked at the Forums? And why there is no transition period of "Declining Relations" or "Repairing Relations" before the flip? Please help me understand this puzzle. ~ HK ~
