Does Hull thickness have a % cap or is it just +28? Both the ships below are definitely thickness capped, i.e. I wasted some combat metals adding navy structure with no additional effect. The Santi has a base thickness of 74 and caps at 102 which is +37.83% The Christian has a base thickness of 72 and caps at 100 which is +38.88% Why would the Santi cap at a lower %? I assume the displayed amount rounds to the nearest whole number, so there could be some rounding error. Edit: I looked at this post and it says 30%, maybe someone could explain how this is calculated?
Hello, I have a question - maybe someone could help me. Are unit stats capped at 100 or they can be higher ? If they can reach above 100 is there a method to see what they actually are ? How it influence unit performance ? Is the unit with firearms 200, efficiency 80 and command 80 shooting better than unit with firearms 100, efficiency 80 and command 80 ? Is it twice as good ? I would be really thankful for help. Cobramys

Also this would be historically more acurate than having fleet full of top rated ships... I would suggest that players need to first of all unlock the slots for top rated ships to be even used for portbattles, blockading the port, donating resources to the national admirality or some other actions maybe. By doing these things you would then sl
