May be finally give a name to the ship "3rd rate". She is of the Arrogant class or Courageux class but several ships have distinguished themselves like the Vanguard (Nelson), Bellerophon, etc. 🙂

@admin There is a problem in game currently. That's the fact that the most used ship in game is the Redoubtable(i). This ship is listed as a 3rd rate but outperforms the 2nd rate St. Pavel. Now this being said, I know you guys decided to put the BR up to Bucentaur levels to help keep it out of PBs. This is all well and good. The only problem with this is that now the Wasa, 3rd rate and Bellona now don't have a job at all. Is there way to balance these affected ships so that they are actually played? I mean I honestly don't remember the last time I've seen a 3rd rate outside a group

Source Was looking through the thread (novo navios) that was posted earlier today, and came across this Téméraire class vessel. While she was a member of the overall class design, she was notably one of two ships (designated the Suffren class) that was built to a shorter design (65cm shorter by length) to meet the demands of then Minister of the Navy Pierre-Alexandre-Laurent Forfait. She, along with her sister ship Neptunus, and three ships of the Selafail class of 74's were sold to Spain in what became known as the "Treaty of Madrid in 1817". According to the article, the Russian ships

The ability to razee your ship
Strugelwits posted a topic in Current Feature Improvement Suggestions
Hi, My clan members were talking on team speak and we stumbled across the conversation of the black pearl and the Queen Anne's Revenge, anyway we discovered that the black pearl was originally a indiaman that had more gun ports, we though about in and the topic of razeeing ships came up, now what I am thinking is that you can have a third rate and you decide that it is not the ship for you, so you get a lvl 40 crafter to razee it for you, it would have to take massive amounts of labour hours and gold but it would decrease the amount of crew needed and keep the overall structure and strength of
