  1. I compared my choices in this poll with what the majority picked and they do not match anywhere. im worried
  2. Great idea, this should become a game feature. then its still possible to do a sneak attack, yet the most honorable thing to do is to announce your attack.
  3. No, I do not want to have clan assets at all, nor clans for that matter. I think the players are already subdivided into 8 factions. Where all nations (and the pirates) already have there own pool of resources, that cant be accessed by other nations. Splintering off into smaller clans within the nations seems like a real bad idea to me. The loyalties will no longer be to the nation but to the clan. These kind of independent clans would fit better as a pirate group in my opinion. If you want to help people, help the players in your nation, there is a good system for that in place already. Where you can lower the price of resources in the nations market or sell nice ships on the national market to your nations brothers and sisters that all fight for the same goal as you. The need to form a little elite group that is disconnected from the nation, totally escapes me.
  4. So you want 6 to 8 people to do the work for you while only You and a few of your mates have access to the loot?
  5. What are all the reason why we need a honor kill advancement system? Then maybe we can find another way to reach those goals. This honor kill advancement system seems very forced to me and i personally do not like it one bit. I would have hoped that the safe transportation of resources would be the drive-force behind conflicts. And in that way slow down everyones progression through the ranks.
  6. I don't like to HAVE to sail anything or HAVE to sink anything. Its putting constrictions on my freedoms as a trader
  7. Show me the Battle Rating (BR) of ships in shop and when i buy a fleet.
  8. I like it but the amount of control over the guns would be a bit unrealistic. I don't think they could coordinate this fire sequence, back in the day.
  9. Sunk: - 0/5 Lynx, sailing a Lynx - 0/5 Cutter, sailing a Lynx - 2/5 Brig, sailing a Lynx - 2/3 Lynx, sailing a Cutter Captured: - 1/3 Trader Lynx, sailing a Cutter - 0/2 Belloni, sailing a Cutter
  10. Pirates are known for speaking truth! A Duel on neutral ground should settle this.
  11. We now have: -the ability to flee battle -ships with 5 durabilities -instant ship repair in OW -5 possible backup ships in every owned port -Possible reenforcement -sailing away with a ship with 80 patched holes. If you would reintroduce repairs in battle then something else in the list above has to change i think.
  12. If they will make FFB Wheel support, i will make a wooden frame on mine!! I would like them to lock the ships view in OW in the zoomed in position for everyone. Accept when you order a crewman to climb the mast for a minute. That would make thinks much more exciting on OW.
  13. Maybe if you are really good at this navigating, but you have to guess the speed; since it varies a few knots when your sailing and when the wind changes slightly and then your speed does too. Time flies by so you might make small errors in the time you sailed between course changes and then you might deviate if you're not focused
  14. I would like to see something like this added. Where you can select the average knots at which the ship has traveled in the top right and then you can move the vector-line in the direction you sailed. Making the line longer would mean longer sailing at e.g. 14 knots for 2 hours 40 minutes. When you change the speed to 8 knots then the line you would get for a travel duration of 2 hours 40 minutes would automatically be shorter. So really, someone only has to change the knots the ship sailed and then point the line in the direction you sailed and adjust its length until you see 2h40m (which is the time you sailed until you changed course )
