Considering the games made in Unity, i dont think that's within the Engines possibility's... at least i've not heard of it being able to be synced with Mobile Apps...

Looks like a Graphics Issue, your Graphics card may not support full DX11 and Shader Model 5. what Card are you using?

I streamed the game for 16 hours yesterday and will do so for a majority of today, can always have him stop by... but yes as you said your post is abouty Steam which is not supporting broadcasting for unreleased games, when it comes to early access it should likely work.
