    Friendly as in the Russian Empire has no intrest in fighting port battles at night and have no intrest in us holdings😊 also friendly as if they ask us to screen and we see we can get a fight then we will come 😎 if the USA get a good Pb fleet this might change, but at current status this would not be a good or even fight🙄

    Resources collected/farmed in ports should also be taxed, as many ports are kept to access to the spesific resources close to capital or crafting port.

    Old SLRN and HachiRoku/Otto Kohl pb fleet is the only british pb fleet that ever been any good. Most Brits are not good players, but rely on numbers and kiteing to win.

    Funny you mention us being part of multiflip in bahamas as we didnt't flip a single port there against brits and nowhere else under that multiflip. nation doing that was USA, Spanish and wait for it............. No other then France. also nice to know we are behind something i haven't even hard of. Didnt't know that the great Admiral Horatio Hornblower was scared of the french, think you even promised to crush them if they didnt't fight us.

    Sorry, but babay jr has his lvl 3 shipyards in bermuda and la tortue. Also have shipyards in cs and kpr if u must know.

    Cute that you think i ordered it but have to disapoint you that it was babay and not me. Btw wasn't a multiflip as port wasn't grinded at same time. When i do it you will know 😎 But keep paying for the timers, only way you can defend as any euro time a fleet would crush you.

    Yes we faced live oak/white oak build from brits in salamanca with hp upgrade and Cartagena refit my santisima was teak/white with Double pen mods and Cartagena had no problem to penetrate on 250m and when i got close and took to much dmg i had no problem outrunning them and repair up:-) seems most pb fleet use heavy build so fearly easy to counter them atm. Seems like the mortar brig meta is comming back:'(
