Wow, some of you guys have completely overkill PCs. What application in the next 10 years will ever fully use GTX Titans in SLI or a 8 core Intel processor? I doubt even running 3x 4k monitors would require such parts.
I do a lot of 3d modelling and UDK fiddling and a 150€ AMD FX8350 does the job really well, I have no idea what could drive a person to buy a 1100€ intel processor. I'm not envious at all, having a mix of cheap parts, - but there has to be a line somewhere. You guys are either working on your PC for a living and/or you are just ridiculously rich
I think it wouldn't make much sense to add a ship like this to the combat focused testing (Sea Trials), Endeavour being everything but a combat ship. But yes, a very important ship, would probably shine in the open world
Quick calculating says that the average sum people pay for star citizen is 90 bucks. 60 usd is already almost too much for a triple-A video game, let alone paying 90 usd for a game you know nothing about is crazy. Imagine the shitstorm when they get something they did not expect
Yeah, I'm exactly on the same page as you are Thonar.
The hype over Star Citizen is crazy and it will end up badly. People have too big expectations of the game and have spent too much money on something they don't even know what it turns out like. It will take years to make the game, SC has too big plans (and Chris Roberts has too big ego) to nail every aspect of the game correctly. And when it finally launches in 2018 there is a chance it will be riddled with technical problems/bugs/exploits and what not.
Go to your steam library. Bottom left corner, "+ ADD A GAME", press it, then press "Activate a Product on Steam", then click Next, Agree, copy & paste your key in the box
Here's a random pic I found on google
Any info on the Schooner and the Frigate that can be seen on the Naval Action's own page? (here: http://www.navalaction.com/#ageofsail ) Will they eventually join the alpha or are they completely left out?
