Greetings Admiral, Please try to fully reinstall the game by this guide: 1) Uninstall the game from launcher, then uninstall the launcher, after that make sure no temporary files remained: 2.1) Press Win+R then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\ Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it 2.2) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type cmd, press enter afterwards) type: regedit Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game Labs\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it Close regedit 3) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\ delete the folder Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts if it is there 4) Install the launcher and download the game

  12. Admiral, probably you are under blockade and have much fewer ships than the enemy?
  13. You just download the launcher on the new PC, install it, login under your login name and install the game, now you are ready to play. You can play on as many devices as you wish, but only one instance at a time.   15. To clarify, try to expand Options menu and complete full repair, does it help you?

  19. Have you tried to run as administrator? This is a strange (specific) problem somehow related to your PC particularly, otherwise it would affect a lot of players as well
  20. Greetings Admiral!If you got such problem as "In Game" state after a crash, start the launcher and leave it alone for 3-5 minutes, after that the "In Game" state will be changed to "Play" again.
  21. Admiral, what kind of download option do you use? If this is a P2P connection, please try to disable it via this guide: Please click on the mail address in the top right section of launcher and click on "Settings", then deactivate the "Use a P2P connection" option as shown on the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/VkMQIji
