The overweight bug is back. I save a design and when I go to build it it is overweight. Is there a way to look at the design of a ship I've already built and copy that into the dockyard?

I completed a design in the ship design tab and saved it. However, once I go back to the ship design tab and try to build it the game says that it is overweight and I can't build it.
